The Malmö+ is over 12 meters long and features a one-meter-deep veranda. But that’s not all; this veranda also has a glass facade, providing you with an additional breathtaking view of the surroundings and allowing extra sunlight without compromising your privacy.
The Malmö+ boasts a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and a bedroom with dimensions that are hard to match in other modular homes: 2.86m x 3.15m. If that’s not enough, there is also an optional 2-bedroom version available.
However, it’s not just about the appearance. The Malmö+ is constructed with the highest-quality building materials, such as thermally treated wood, ensuring exceptional durability. It is built in a modular construction on a steel frame with a gable roof.
