Well, they are simple, with a Scandinavian touch and a cozy atmosphere that immediately embraces you. They are often used as vacation homes or second homes.

But our Tiny House Stugas are not just ordinary huts. They can be as large as 63 square meters, with interconnected modules and 2 bedrooms that can be expanded to 3. Perfect for a summer home, rental accommodation, or additional lodging.

But that’s not all. The Stuga can be used year-round and is built with a modular construction on a steel frame. It features a gable roof and is constructed using the highest quality building materials, such as thermally treated wood, ensuring remarkable durability. The walls and roof have an Rc-value of Rc=5.5, and the windows are equipped with triple glazing and the best sealing materials for optimal insulation.
